Design Tendering

When the final designs and equipment specification have been approved we can also tender the contract to find the best equipment supply and installation contractor.

Tender overview

Draft the tender documentation for client approval.
Advertise the tender to meet the requirements of the clients financial regulations
Review information from Pre Qualification Questionnaire and short list contractors.
Issue approved tender documentation to short list contractors
Evaluate tender submissions and recommend a contractor short list for presentations.
Finalise contract with client and preferred contractor.

Project Management
